OMG i am damn pissed.
It's once again abt HCL. :@@@@
Ppl whose HCL marks are lower than mine and appealed thru forms got into HCL without any test, but i have to take a test just because i appealed thru HOD of Chinese? What is this? SO unfair! Argh stupid. HCL really cause alot of trouble ok...
